GCE are delighted to partner with Bolt Armour to bring their range of BoltArmour® bolt protection caps to the UK and Ireland.


BoltArmour® is a line of metallic caps designed to prevent corrosion and damage on all types of industrial bolts. BoltArmour® caps are stronger and more resistant to high temperatures compared to common plastic caps.


Key features:

  • Extend the life of the nut and bolt.
  • Prevent corrosion and damage to the nut and bolt. 
  • Easy to install and remove (screw on/off).
  • Improve safety for the asset and operatives/maintenance crews.
  • Speeds up maintenance and reduces plant downtime.


Available materials:

  • Aluminium
  • Carbon steel
  • Zinc plated carbon steel
  • Stainless steel (304/316)


Available sizes:

  • From 1/2" to 6", M12 to M100
  • Customized sizing available.
